This account has been suspended.
If you are the website owner, then one possible cause is that we detected that your website had been broken into ("hacked"), in which case we will contact you. Another possible cause is that you have an unpaid invoice. We do not suspend accounts for this reason until invoices have become overdue, and first and second reminders have been sent. In case your email system is eating our invoices (e.g. detecting them as spam), we also try to contact you via SMS if you have a mobile number registered in your account.
Here’s what to do if you were suspended for non-payment:
- If you know how much you owe, you can pay quickly here. You do not need to remember your username or password in order to pay.
- If you do not know how much you owe (e.g. you cannot find your "overdue" reminders) then you can log in to your account (or reset your password if you have forgotten) here.
- If you believe that your account has been suspended in error, then contact our support desk via this website or by email.
To avoid this happening in future, we recommend you set up a standing order, or a PayPal subscription, which will pay your repeating bills automatically.
