At Simba Hosting we are committed to using up-to-date technologies. Far too many hosting companies simply let their platforms “rot”, and allow their customers to experience the increasing problems that result. As part of this, our shared web hosting database server – MariaDB – has been updated from version 10.2 to version 10.3. This brings a number of new features and improvements. Based upon the release notes, we are not expecting any customer issues, and all appears to be running well; however, if you see any changed behaviour, please do let our support team know (providing all the relevant details that you can).
